HomeCert, LLC has arranged with Brink's Home Security®
and American Home Warranty Company to provide our clients with a complimentary security system inspection and a FREE 90 day limited home warranty for homebuyers

How the Program Works:

  1. Let us know that you are interested in participating in the free 90 day limited home warranty at the time you book your inspection.
  2. We will notify Brink's Home Security® who will send a trained inspector to perform a complimentary alarm system inspection.
  3. The Brink's® inspector will be conduct an inspection of the alarm system at the same time as your home inspection. The alarm inspection will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete, depending on the size of the home. The Brinks inspector will be uniformed and will drive a Brinks company vehicle.
  4. The Brink's alarm system inspector will present to you exactly what components the alarm system has and where they are located.
  5. The Brink's inspector will leave you with a complete report of their findings.
  6. Brink's Home Security® will purchase a 90 day limited structural and mechanical home warranty through American Home Warranty Company on your behalf. The warranty will be effective from the date of the inspection for a period of 90 days or 21 days after closing, whichever occurs later.
  7. Brink's Home Security® will call you after the inspection to answer any home security questions you may have.

You Still Qualify Even if the House has no Alarm System!

We will provide you with a Brink's Home Security® brochure highlighting how you can make your home safer and detailing Brink's® offer, which includes a $50 Target Gift Card redeemable through Brink's® if you become a Brink's® customer.
